This skills competition is led by the administrative personnel department and planned and designed by each department independently. The skills competition is held in the assembly department, after-sales service department, and milling machine fitter department, and is divided into individual projects and team projects. Not only does it test the assembly smoothness of the parts by the assembly master, but it also tests the coordination between hands and eyes. For example, the assembly team project of the after-sales service department: 5 people from each group participate in the competition, from self selected accessories, self configured accessories, collaborative accessories, to finished product quality inspection. The whole process is not only about being quick witted and quick witted in each position, but also about testing employees' familiarity with product accessories, accuracy in matching, and collaboration between different positions.
The competition venue was bustling with excitement, with a tense yet lively atmosphere that was both serious and lively. The contestants are surpassing themselves and scaling up with "speed and passion".
